| HOME HEALTH AID IN NORWELL/BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS LIVE-IN, FULL TIME POSITION WITH ROOM AND BOARD |
I'm searching for a smart, competent and compassionate person to help my pa rents maintain an independent life-style in their home by providing a wide variety of home health services. My folks are elderly but fairly independent (in mid 80s).
Position will require support to my Mother (i.e. personal care assistance in the AM) as well as meal preparation, laundry, some shopping and driving related to medical appointments (person must have a driver's license and good driving record). Nice family with great working conditions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Seek bright, energetic but patient individual with a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and common sense. Person must be hard working and flexible and adaptable (not set in their ways). Person should also be competent and compassionate. We do NOT require licensed home health aid or CNA or nurse (although any of these credentials would be ideal) but must have experience in the health care field, ideally working with the elderly.
HOURS:
Ideally, person will work Monday through Saturday in a live-in capacity with room and board (responsible for meal preparation including dinners and assisting my Mother at bed time). Long hours but breaks throughout the day with flexibility to go to gym or shopping or whatever.
LOCATION:
Norwell, Massachusetts (MA) (~15 miles south of Boston, MA)
COMPENSATION:
Competitive base, bonus and excellent working conditions plus room and board in Norwell/Boston, MA.
